Job Description As a Security Officer - Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence. You will be responsible for responding to alarms, managing access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the location.
Receive and document calls, incidents, and requests for assistance, maintaining accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Coordinate response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access procedures.
Support site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of an aerospace and defense environment.
Assist with the management of access control systems, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
Communicate important information to on-site security-related teams and management to promote awareness and readiness.
Participate in emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols and guidelines.
