Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and appropriate emergency response actions within a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor building activity and assist with visitor access, tenant inquiries, and/or contractor interactions while following post orders and property guidelines.
- Document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities in required logs or reports, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal personnel as needed.
