As a Security Officer Medical Building in Orange, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will coordinate security-related communications, support rapid response efforts, and help maintain order through clear communication and strong customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
  • Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to incidents, requests, and/or priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, maintain activity logs, and relay important information to site contacts, emergency services, and/or responding staff as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
