Your responsibilities include monitoring entrances, conducting routine patrols, and providing excellent customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points to the residential location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.
Provide customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with inquiries and directions, while following site-specific policies and procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.
Maintain a visible presence at designated access control points to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a sense of security-related support for residents and visitors.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation procedures and assisting first responders.
