Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and visitors while monitoring access to the residential community.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Assist with visitor management by maintaining accurate logs and records of entry and exit.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols as needed.
Provide customer service to all individuals at the location, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as required.
Work in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures and guidelines.
