Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access control and verify identification of individuals entering the premises, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, maintaining communication with appropriate personnel.
Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities observed at the front desk area.
Support the security-related needs of the healthcare location by maintaining a professional presence and assisting with inquiries from visitors, staff, and/or patients.
