About The Position

As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.
Assist in controlling access to designated areas and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
