About The Position

As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is a primarily driving post, where you will interact with tenants and guests, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

This is primarily a driving post.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and provide directions as needed within the location.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
