Job Description As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Greensboro, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Assist in controlling access to designated areas and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
