As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns within the location.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific procedures.
Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and visitors to provide information and support as needed.
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
