As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a collaborative and caring environment. This post requires a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with controlling access to the facility by monitoring entrances and exits.
Support Allied Universal management and client staff by following established protocols and maintaining a visible presence.
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors within the location.
