Job Description As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol in Ladson, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the auto location, including showroom, service areas, parking lots, and perimeter, and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, gates, and/or deliveries as assigned, verify authorization, and document entries and exits per site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed. Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts to help support security-related operations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
