As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering customer-focused service. Requirements

• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience OR 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years' security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and delivery check-in processes in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete timely reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
