As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics, distribution, and retail locations to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within retail, mall, and logistics distribution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
Support Allied Universal management in maintaining compliance with client policies and procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by the site.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public to provide information and assistance as needed.
