In this unarmed role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach while working as part of a team that values innovation and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possession of a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by location procedures, and support the orderly movement of employees, contractors, deliveries, and visitors within a food and beverage location.
Observe site operations for potential policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate findings according to post orders and reporting guidelines.
