As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a busy transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support travelers with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, boarding areas, waiting areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help manage access, observe passenger and visitor activity, and report security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing activity reports, and assisting passengers, visitors, and staff with directions and general information.
