As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will support guests, tenants, and team members with clear communication, incident reporting, and professional customer service. Requirements

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail mall location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, assisting with lost children protocols, and coordinating with mall management and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and service corridors as assigned, verify deliveries and/or contractor check-ins per site procedures, and document unusual activity using required reports and logs.
• Operate and monitor security-related systems when assigned, including CCTV and alarm panels, and communicate via radio and/or phone to support incident response and routine operations.
