Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Route Driver in Princeville, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, provide a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to guests and staff. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify authorized entry where required, and assist with directions, escorts, and other guest service needs in a professional manner.
• Support hotel and resort operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or disturbances, and communicating timely updates to the appropriate personnel.
