Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support smooth daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, dock doors, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, helping to support site rules, visitor processing, and/or credential checks as directed by location procedures.
• Observe for operational disruptions such as damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
