Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, dock doors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor the movement of employees, visitors, and delivery traffic in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly entry, exit, and/or vehicle flow at the location.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, unsecured access points, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel while following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
