In this unarmed patrol role, you will complete routine patrols, respond to site needs, and deliver strong customer service and communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values.

Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate site representatives.
  • Support day-to-day operations at the location by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.
