As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will represent Allied Universal with agility, reliability, and innovation, supporting a caring, people-first culture that delivers through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting actions taken and notifying site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with delivery and contractor check-in processes.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident reports, communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support security-related audits and inspections as assigned.
