You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, complete reports, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting with evacuation and/or shelter instructions as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access control points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing deliveries, and maintaining entry and/or exit logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports, perform shift handoffs, and communicate observations to supervision and/or site contacts while supporting investigations and preservation of scene conditions as directed.
