As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a secure environment, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and clear communication will enhance the experience for everyone onsite. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as needed regarding security-related matters.
Remain alert to the unique needs of a technology-focused environment, adapting to site-specific requirements as directed.
