Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will provide excellent customer service while supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed.
Complete required reports and logs in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
