As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized access or breaches.
Assist with crowd control and direct individuals as needed within the logistics and distribution environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.
Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as required.
