As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and high visibility. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the business premises and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with property management and/or tenants as needed to address security-related concerns.
Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during shifts.
