About The Position

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Stillwater, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with clear communication and strong customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements, and a Law Enforcement Officer License.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A Law Enforcement Officer License is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
  • Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors by verifying authorization, directing traffic flow, and documenting entries and exits per post orders.
  • Complete detailed written reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
