Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in CLARKSVILLE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily site operations. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policies, and document deliveries, visitors, and/or incidents occurring at the location.
Support a clean and professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting with directional needs, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
