As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with team members and visitors. Requirements

At least six months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or engaging in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with attention to areas typical for a food and beverage location.
Monitor for any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the premises and report findings promptly.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards at the location.
Document security-related incidents and complete daily activity logs as required.
Support access control protocols, verifying credentials of individuals entering designated areas of the site.
