As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment for clients and visitors. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to identify potential issues within the location.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances in and around the premises of financial institutions.
Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed based on site protocols.
Assist in controlling access to the premises by monitoring entrances and verifying credentials as required by site policy.
Document daily activities and incidents through written and/or electronic reports in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
