As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter areas within a food and beverage location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering the location as required.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
Remain alert to potential hazards or suspicious behavior and communicate findings to management and/or law enforcement when necessary.
