You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and report concerns with clear, customer-focused communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, following AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, administrative spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards to operations.
• Control access by verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors and contractors per site procedures, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete timely reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and monitor cameras and/or alarms when assigned.
