Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and other security-related policies at a manufacturing location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting access restrictions and other emergency response activities as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Assist with screening deliveries, vendor arrivals, and/or vehicle access in accordance with location procedures, while documenting daily activities, incidents, and access control events.
