Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer serving commercial real estate and residential locations, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for role.
• Possess a guard card.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and property activity, assist with visitor and vendor interactions, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or unusual conditions at the location.
• Support daily operations at commercial real estate and residential locations by following post orders, communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed, and completing assigned reports and logs.
