As a Security Officer - Overnight Resort Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming environment.
Document security-related incidents, observations, and interactions according to site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address guest concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
