Security Officer - Mobile Patrol - Overnight
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access and alarm response as needed. You will deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while working with site teams. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and perform security-related checks such as observing badge compliance, controlling entry and exit as assigned, and directing visitors to the proper check-in process.
- Complete accurate written and/or electronic reports, including shift logs and incident documentation, and report maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns through the chain of command.
