About The Position

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and document observations. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter routes, documenting observations per procedure.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, helping to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage by verifying authorization and reporting irregular conditions.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate shift activity to incoming personnel, and support security-related audits, inspections, and/or operational needs as assigned.
