Job Description As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Lima, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Work in manufacturing and industrial environments, adapting to varying working conditions as required by the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
