As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Access control and badge experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, operational concerns, and/or policy violations
• Support site operations by communicating professionally with employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors while following post orders and established incident response procedures
