Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, or unsecured access points to the appropriate contact.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing shipping and receiving activity, reporting policy violations, and communicating clearly with site contacts and first responders when needed.
