Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution facility, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and/or vehicles.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and protect assets.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security-related activities, incidents, and access control events as required by site policies.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, supporting site personnel and Allied Universal management as needed.
