Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, assisting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner at the front desk of the location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and controlling visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Document security-related incidents and daily activities in required reports and logs.
Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information or directions as needed at the front desk.
