Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel and resort location.
  • Staff the front desk area and monitor access to the property by greeting arrivals, verifying credentials as needed, issuing visitor information, and reporting unusual activity.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Support lobby and entrance operations by observing front desk activity, assisting with direction and information requests, and documenting security-related events and/or policy concerns.
  • Complete required reports, logs, and communication records related to front desk activity, incidents, and/or visitor interactions in accordance with site procedures.
