As a Security Officer Lobby Driver in Atlantic City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
  • Monitor the front desk area, verify identification and/or visitor information, maintain guest logs, and communicate with residents and property staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and building access requests.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or property management as appropriate.
  • Answer phones, provide directions and general assistance, and support security-related documentation, report writing, and communication for daily front desk operations.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, monitoring cameras and/or alarm activity when assigned, and reporting maintenance, policy, or resident service concerns to the appropriate contact.
