As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with visitor and employee check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate professionally with staff and guests, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and client contacts.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
