About The Position

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Lodi, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Offer assistance to visitors, patients, and staff as needed, helping to maintain a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to address security-related needs specific to the location.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
