About The Position

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol in Lodi, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to staff, patients, and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in a caring and dynamic environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the well-being of individuals on site.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues or hazards.
Monitor access points and observe activities throughout the location, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or lockdowns as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily patrols, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
