As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations at the healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. The working environment and conditions may vary based on the healthcare location. Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual occurrences, to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed, contributing to a welcoming environment. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to address security-related concerns and/or incidents as they arise. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements
