Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Rounds in Durham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any interactions as required by site procedures.
